View Billing History
Receipts/Invoices are available in the Billing history section of your Archdesk account. If you need a copy of your receipt/invoice or you want to see your billing history for Archedesk's services, log into your account and go to Settings & Preferences -> Usage & Billing -> Billing History.
A list of your payments will appear. Select the one you need and download it as a pdf file by clicking the button next to it.
NOTE! This feature is currently available ONLY for Archdesk Champions/Admins.
To change the Archdesk Champions/Admins please contact the Archdesk Help Desk by clicking on Send Support Query within the system.
