There are 3 types of employees that you can have in the Archdesk system:
1. Full Users of the system
2. Mobile Users of the system
3. Timesheet Employee / Employees that can access shared items in the system
FULL USERS are employees that have access to the system and can change data. The users are added by request, by the Implementation or Customer Care Team. Additional user licences are paid.
If you are an admin or an implementation champion, in order to add a Full User to the system, please email us at support@archdesk.com and specify the following:
- user's first and last name
- email address
- the department(s) they belong to
- their position inside the company (Job Title)
- the dashboards they need (or who's account should be mirrored for them)
- if there are more than one subsidiary, specify what account(s) the user should have access to.
MOBILE USERS are employees that have limited access to the system, by logging into their mobile devices, to the Archdesk Mobile App. The users are added by request, by the Implementation or Customer Care Team.
In order to add a Mobile User to the system, please email us at support@archdesk.com and specify the following:
- user's first and last name
- email address
- their Job Title
Mobile users can download the Archdesk Mobile App from Google Play or Apple Store.
TIMESHEET EMPLOYEE: are employees only clocking-in and out on the timesheet, meaning they do not actively use the system dealing with data inside.
To bulk add timesheet employees, email us at support@archdesk.com and specify the following:
- user's first and last name
- their job title
To add employees individually, go to the Company Tab at the top. Then click on the ADD NEW EMPLOYEE button > select the Employee Record (No System Access) option > hit NEXT and insert the required information and SAVE. The employee will show up on the employees list.
