The Timesheets option inside the Archdesk Mobile App is a clock-in/clock-out functionality that is available (via a dedicated link) to all Employees. However, the Mobile App does make the login easier.
This capability allows you to record the total time spend on an assigned task and that data helps to track the labour costs against the Project.
Here is how you can clock-in/out on the Archdesk Mobile App:
1. Position yourself on the side menu (side swipe to the right) and choose the Timesheets
2. A new screen (black) will appear and you will have to start recording the time by pressing on the red play button (lower hand corner). That will take the user to the list view of the task already assigned to him
3. The new screen will state the "Start of time sheet record" (= the current local time). You may have more than one task assigned to you, so you will have to choose the task and activate it by pressing the Assign button
4. Assigned button will appear, grayed out, and at the end of the task, you can finish the time recording by clicking on the red finish record button (lower hand corner)
